ANNOUNCEMENT: John Jay Modified Hockey Program

For 6th, 7th, and 8th graders in the Wappingers School District

What better way to enhance your hockey skills and showcase your talents than to make John Jay’s Modified Ice Hockey team!

Pre-Registration is now being accepted. The form below should be sent to: John Jay Hockey Club, 710 Pine Grove Road, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590. Once the attached application is received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and placed on our mailing list to stay informed of the registration dates and tryouts.

Tryouts will be held at the McCann Ice Arena in Poughkeepsie. You must be registered in order to tryout.

When registration starts, there is a $25 (non refundable) registration fee per participant and parents must be present to fill out and sign the registration and medical consent forms. A copy of the participant’s birth certificate is also required. You will be given additional information about the program and the player-parent-coach commitment to develop your hockey skills to its full potential.
