  • EFRHC Jerseys (purchased when you register).
  • Matching EFRHC jerseys required for all players & goalkeepers (One for Atoms)
  • Composite stick blades are recommended. Wood blades are acceptible. Screw-on plastic blades are not allowed.
  • All axle holes must have wheels at all times. If you lose one during play, you may NOT participate and must go directly to the bench or risk a penalty.
